Return Policy
To initiate a return, you do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back, simply log into your customer account and request a return within 14 days of receiving you're order. To request a return, please follow the instructions below:
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A 50% OFF SALE & UP ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS. ACCEPTED RETURNS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD. GIFT CARDS NEVER EXPIRE.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu(top right on home page)
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. To help make returns easy and seamless, we offer an $8 flat rate return shipping fee. Customers are more than welcome to purchase their own shipping labels at their discretion. If you choose our flat rate return, a return shipping label will be provided to you, please follow the return instructions in your account settings. After the product is returned, and inspected, you will receive a store credit.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume odor, or wear) with all The Lamb and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, or are missing an item(s), please contact us via TEXT MESSAGE (224-688-7985) within 24 hours of receiving your package. Photos of the order, including packaging, and the items in which were received, MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE MESSAGE, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you send back an item(s) that does not meet our return policy requirements, you will be responsible for the return shipping. An invoice will be sent via email, if not paid within 5 days, the item(s) will be discarded at our discretion.
Exchanges
At The Lamb, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
Processing
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 1-5 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customers security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.
**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any re-delivery costs.
Final Sale Items
Non Returnable, No Exceptions; Items purchased during a 50% OFF & UP sale. Accessories, including but not limited to jewelry and sunglasses, handbags, swimwear, bodysuits (Including Bodysuit Pant Sets), and tights are non-returnable.
