Shipping
THE LAMB wants to ensure prompt delivery, making all carrier services available to our customers(USPS, UPS, DHL). Shipping is FREE if your order is $75 and up; excluded during 50% off sales. (Domestic shipping only; offer excludes Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii). When an order is placed, it can take up to 24 hours to be processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, it can take anywhere from 1-8 business days to be delivered. SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. WE DO NOT HAVE SATURDAY DELIVERIES VIA UPS. Please choose USPS shipping at checkout for Saturday deliveries. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1 day or sooner for the customer to receive it.
Insurance
THE LAMB is not required to include SHIPPING INSURANCE on our shipments. If you would like to include insurance on your package, please choose USPS PRIORITY MAIL or UPS GROUND at checkout. Insurance covers up to, no greater than, $100. FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING and USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE does NOT INCLUDE shipping insurance.
Lost/Stolen Packages
THE LAMB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly. USPS: 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). UPS: 1-800-742-5877. DHL: 1-800-225-5345. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS, UPS, OR DHL.
International Packages
THE LAMB is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES. Customs fees are charged by the shipping carrier, which is determined by the total purchased value of the article(s). Refunds will not be given to those who refuse to pay the customs fee.
